Gwendolyn Lim is a partner in Bain & Company's Singapore office. She is a member of Bain's Financial Services and Customer Strategy & Marketing practices.
She has more than 10 years of consulting experience with Bain and has worked in all of Bain's Southeast Asia offices, in addition to the firm's Hong Kong, Shanghai, Seoul, Los Angeles and New York offices.
At Bain, Gwendolyn's experience has spanned a broad range of industries, including financial services, oil & gas, logistics, technology and commodities. She has worked closely with clients from Indonesia to Singapore on topics such as M&A integration and implementation, corporate and business unit turnaround strategy, and performance improvement.
Gwendolyn earned an MBA from Harvard Business School. She is a graduate of Stanford University, where she received her bachelor's degree in economics.
Ms. Lew is a key member of Bain’s Financial Services practice and has advised leading banks and insurance companies in the region on a variety of topics - strategy, performance improvement, multi-year transformation.
Ms Lew holds an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a BBA from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at University of Michigan.
He is equipped with extensive experience of leading solutions in Retail Banking, Cards & Payments, Mortgages, Auto Insurance, Micro-Insurance and Global Custody. Few of his consulting engagements are related to FinTech Lab Setup, Accelerator Program, Digital Strategy & Innovation, Business Strategy, Business Transformation & IT advisory, Product management, and Revenue and Cost Optimization. He is an active Fintech speaker and architect of designing multiple Incubator, Accelerator programs and Fintech GTM Strategies
He is an MBA graduate from the Premier business schools of USA (HULT International Business School) with an electrical engineering background

He holds a Master (Executive) in Islamic Banking and Finance from Asia E University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Adminstration majoring in Finance from Texas A&M University,Commerce,USA. Shukri is a member of the Finance Accreditation Agency’s Finance Accreditation Panel (FAP) and teaches Risk Management at the BNM’s International Center for Islamcic Finance (INCEIF) for Master and PhD students. His current area of interest is in the development of Enterprise Risk Management across all business entities and also managing technology risk especially in mitigating cyber threats, Shukri is a frequent guest speakers at the various risk forums in Malaysia and Singapore.
