He first joined Prudential in 2014. Before his current role, he was CEO of Prudential Cambodia and Prudential's Cambodia-Laos-Myanmar Hub. In these roles, he led a team across the three markets on strategic initiatives that had a material impact in each one, and brought Prudential Cambodia back to the #1 position in its market. Earlier, he was CEO of Prudential Vietnam Finance Company and Chief Commercial Officer of Prudential Vietnam.

Mr. Chakrabarty has nearly three decades of insurance and banking experience across Asia. He started his career with Citibank, India in 1997, and later headed risk and business functions for Citibank in Japan and Korea. He was also Deputy CEO and Head of Consumer Banking at Orient Commercial Joint Stock Bank in Vietnam.

He holds a Master's degree in Statistics from the Indian Statistical Institute and enjoys reading history in his free time.

Responsible for supporting and delivering the human capital strategies across the organization. Working closely with the management team to establish and implement people-centered initiatives, to support theorganization’s vision and strategic priorities, specifically in the areas of – sourcing & recruitment, talent management, organizational and performance management, training & development, succession planning, change management, rewards, and employee communications.

Vita brings years of experience in the fields of HR and Training, having worked in the financial industry with global brands and organizations. She has maneuvered the HR field, engaged with a variety of business and functional management teams, and utilized personal contribution and partnership in all aspects of human capital management. 

A strategic business partner, mentor, coach, and seasoned Human Resources practitioner – Vita is also a wife, mother, and a dog lover. Vita obtained her bachelor’s degree in Business Management at the University of the Philippines, Cebu.

As InLife's President & CEO, Raoul is the Vice-Chair of Insular Foundation, Inc. He first joined InLife in 2018 as its Chief Agency Officer and later became Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Distribution Officer before his current designation. He occupied various key positions such as Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Distribution

Officer of other life insurance companies. Aside from the life insurance industry, he is formerly connected with retail and real estate companies, where he was instrumental in growing their respective businesses and was responsible for setting the directions towards their success. He is also a strong advocate of renewable energy, having worked as technical consultant for foreign assisted and special projects of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources. Among the projects he was involved in were the Philippine Solid Waste Management Project, Coral Reef Rehabilitation and Eco Tourism Development, Climate Change Adaptation and Biodiversity Project and the Digitization of Cadastral Lands.

He is a member of the Makati Business Club, Insurance Institute for Asia and the Pacific, Inc. and Philippine Life Insurance Association.

Academic and Professional Qualifications:
Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, De La Salle University. He also completed an Executive Development Course from Life Office Management Association/Life Insurance and Market Research Association in
conjunction with Penn State University.

Institute of Corporate Directors' (ICD's) Masterclass: The Third Series: Session 3. entitled "Adopting Entrepreneurial Mindset: A Prime of Board Directors" (2 hours) and Session 6, entitled "The Brand Architecture: A Valuable Framework for Setting Strategy" (2 Hours).

Romulo I. Delos Reyes, Jr. is the President and General Manager of Stronghold Insurance Company, Inc., where he has built a career spanning more than four decades across underwriting, operations, management, and executive leadership. He has served as President and General Manager since 2012.

He is also President and CEO of Quickway Holdings, Inc., a diversified holding company with business interests spanning insurance and financial services, as well as other industries in the Philippines and abroad.

Mr. Delos Reyes is actively involved in the Philippine insurance and financial services sector, including leadership roles with the Organization of Insurance Companies of the Philippines, Inc. and the Philippine Insurance and Reinsurance Association. A licensed non-life insurance underwriter, he has also gained extensive international exposure through industry conferences and management programmes across Asia, Australia, Europe, and the United States.

His leadership and contributions to the industry have earned him several distinctions, including Outstanding CEO at the Insurance Asia News Country Awards for Excellence 2025, Outstanding Industry Leader in Insurance and Financial Services at the Asia’s Pinnacle Awards 2025, and Outstanding Leader in Asia at the ACES Awards 2024.
