Standard Chartered appoints Deniz Güven as global head, design and client experience

Standard Chartered announced that Deniz Güven will join their Retail Banking team taking on the role of Global Head, Design and Client Experience effective 8 May 2017.

According to a release from the bank, Deniz brings to Standard Chartered a wealth of digital experience from a 17-year career in the banking industry. He most recently held the role of senior vice-president of digital channels at Garanti, the second-largest private bank in Turkey, where he was in charge of mobile and online banking channels, ATMs, call centres, user experience and service design.
