Worawit Mokkhasamit, Heart, has experience in Banking and Insurance for 14 years and jumped into tech start-up more than 5 years. Heart is now leading ZA Tech Thailand and ZA Tech Broker Thailand. Prior to ZA Tech, Heart had the experience of building and setting up a company in Thailand where his contribution makes the company grow rapidly and sustains. 

Ms. Pakawipa Charoentra (Dear) is Chief Customer Officer at Krungthai-AXA Life, Thailand.  In this role, she is responsible for customer experience, inforce management, digital strategy, product development and the customer care center. Khun Dear leverages her expertise in people management and technology to spearhead innovation in customer experience and emerging digital tools and analytics. 

Khun Dear’s background combines a mix of Partnership management, leadership, investment, and customer experience, working across the insurance industry. Prior to joining Krungthai-AXA Life, Dear enjoyed a career spanning over 20 years at AIA Thailand (AIAT). While at  AIAT, she held the positions of  Head of Pensions, and subsequently Chief Partnership Distribution and Corporate Solutions Officer, before being promoted to  Chief Life Officer and External Affairs. In this role, she led AIAT’s overall Life Operations and managed regulatory bodies governing the Life Insurance businesses. 

Khun Dear delivers speeches and presentations as part of her role, on topics including leadership, transformation and the role of technology and AI in Customer Experience.

Khun Dear graduated with an MBA from Eastern University in Pennsylvania, USA and a BA in Accounting from Chulalongkorn University, Bangkok, Thailand. She is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and a former Board Member of the Thailand Financial Planner Association (TFPA) and the Association of Investment Management Companies (AIMC). She is also a fellow of the Life Management Institute (FLMI).

Lim Yeong Thian is currently CIMB Thai’s Head of Strategy & CEO’s Office and double hats as the Acting Head of its Commercial Banking business. As the Head of Strategy & CEO’s Office, he also oversees the Sustainability and Company Secretary and Administration departments of CIMB Thai. He graduated from Cornell University with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Economics, and has extensive work experience across the region in the financial services industry and strategy-related disciplines, especially in areas of strategy formulation, transformation partnerships and business performance management. Prior to joining CIMB Thai, he was with CIMB Group’s Group Strategy and Design Division, where he was involved in the Group’s market expansion and partnership formation activities across Southeast Asia since 2008.  

Thiyachai Chong is the Executive Vice President and Head of Wealth Management & Preferred Segment at CIMB Thai Bank. In this role, he oversees end-to-end product strategy and growth of all wealth management products including Deposits, Investments, Bancassurance, Wealth Advisory, Wealth financing, Digital Wealth, and the Preferred HNW Segment. Prior to that, he was the Managing Director of Phillip Asset Management Thailand and a Director at Phillip Life Assurance since 2018. Thiyachai is particularly passionate on financial innovation and increasing financial inclusion, especially amongst the underserved.

Leading health innovation initiatives for MTL with the focus on addressing consumers’ need, her role is to strategize, develop, collaborate with potential ecosystem partners, implementation, and ensure the initiatives meet MTL overall health business strategy. Also exploring opportunity to introduce health insurance product with innovative features and/or selling process, ultimately to make health insurance become more accessible to wider and untapped segment.

Win has over 20 years of professional experience in Investment Management. He is currently EVP - Head of High Net-Worth Division, Bank of Ayudhya PCL. His division is responsible for developing HNW segment strategies, building relationship and providing customized services for over 100,000 HNW clients, as well as collaborating among Krungsri Group to enhance investment advice and recommend asset allocation for clients.

Prior to this, Win was Chief Investment Officer of Principal Asset Management. He led a team of 20 to win the prestigious Best Fund House – Domestic Fixed Income Award by Morningstar Thailand for 4 consecutive years. Before that, he was Head of Investments and Deputy Spokesperson of the Social Security Office, Thailand's largest institutional investor with total AUM of US$38 billion.

Win holds a BA in Economics (International Program) from Thammasat University in Bangkok and an MBA from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, Netherlands. His MBA study was sponsored by the Royal Thai Government Scholarship. Win is a CFA Charterholder and is currently President of CFA Society Thailand.

During the weekends, Win teaches finance courses at Thammasat University, National Institute of Development Administration (NIDA), and Assumption University in Bangkok. He was awarded an Outstanding Civil Servant in 2006 and a Rising Star Economist in 2014. He authored 3 books; ‘Invest Like A Pro’, ‘Career in Finance’ and ‘Career in Finance: Revised Edition’.

Martin has spent most of his career in the Financial Services and IT Services space in Asia Pacific pioneering through several waves of digital transformations. His career began in the development labs at IBM Corporation in the US and UK. After moving to Asia Pacific he became VP and Chief of Staff at Citibank Asia Pacific Corporate Bank and later the CTO of Asia’s first Internet only bank and a founder of Internet startup Book-n-go.com during the Internet boom. Martin went on to be an advisor and managing consultant in the Financial Service and Telco industries with major engagements with banks in Singapore and Thailand as well as leading the technical build of the Continuous Link Settlement (CLS) utility for the Monetary Authority of Singapore.

Martin joined CIMB in January of 2018 as Programme Manager in CIMB Fintech delivering solutions across the CIMB Group.  Martin moved to be Head CIMB Thai Consumer Digital Bank late in 2019 responsible for Digital initiatives starting from Consumer Banking.

Having over 20 years of experience in asset management and wealth management industry, Sornchai is currently leading the Investment Advisory Practice, CIO office at Siam Commercial Bank (SCB). He was appointed as Advisor to the sub-committee on Monetary, Banking, Financial Institutions and Capital market, Thailand legislative Assembly, in addition to serving as one of the CFA Society Thailand’s Board of Directors and also CFP Board member. Prior to joining the Bank’s Investment Advisory team, he was the Chief Investment Officer at SCB Asset Management.
