Raymond is a Manager from our Jakarta office. He has experience in various industries such as technology, construction, and chemicals, where he conducts industry analysis, marketing channel strategy, competitor analysis, marketing strategy, and route-to-market strategy. Prior to joining YCP Solidiance, Raymond worked in one of the largest e-commerce firms, handling digital strategy implementation and business scale-up activities. He graduated with a BSc in International Business Management from Bina Nusantara University. 

Silvio Struebi heads Simon-Kucher’s banking practice in APAC. He has over 15 years of consulting experience in providing growth, pricing, and sales strategy advice to various national and international Wealth and Asset Managers, Retail and Corporate Banks, and leading FinTechs, Neobanks and Payments companies. Silvio advises clients on a broad range of commercial strategies and product management as well as assisting in market-specific implementation of growth and sales strategies. Recently, he has been focusing on the implementation of pricing software to increase revenues and to respond to regulatory developments in key markets in Asia. 

Ian Lee is the Regional Head of Commercial and Operations for ZA Tech Global based out of Singapore. He joined ZhongAn Technologies International Group 5 years ago as Strategy Director and founding team member. He also supported ZA Insure conception through launch as Health Product Director. He then shifted full-time into ZA Tech Global with various roles with a focus on Customer Success and now taking over commercial responsibilities. Prior to ZA, Ian was with Accenture Strategy for 7+ years, first based out of New York and later Singapore, advising multinational banking and insurance clients on digital strategy and business models. Ian has also worked in AIA’s Group Strategy team driving digital strategy agendas with a focus on health and wellness agendas across core health markets. Prior to careers in strategy, Ian earned a masters in bioengineering, coauthored biomedical research papers and patented a stem cell delivery device.

Yoanna is a Director, Country Head of Treasury & Trade Solutions (TTS), Citi Indonesia, a business
unit of Citi’s Institutional Clients Group (ICG) that offers integrated cash management and trade
services to multinational, local corporations, financial institutions and public sector organizations
across the globe.

Yoanna joined Citi in 2001 as a Management Associate in ICG. She has 20+ years of banking
experience with numerous positions across Cash and Trade Product Management, New Business
Development and Head of TTS Liquidity Management product for Citi in ASEAN cluster,
Bangladesh and Sri Lanka. Prior to her current role, she was the Head of Market Management,
responsible for developing market strategy, business profitability, product proposition, sales and
solutions support for TTS. In her early career years, she has been assigned in various positions in
Credit Documentation Unit and Operations Departmentin Citi Indonesia.

Aside from her professional role as Head of TTS, Yoanna is the steering committee for Citi Indonesia
Women’s Network (IWN), a globally acknowledged affinity group within Citi that serves as a
platform to support the development and advancement of female Citi bankers’ professional career.
In various opportunities, Yoanna also active to speak in industry forum in the area of banking or
Women’s Empowerment in Indonesia and ASEAN.

Rudy Hamdani joined OCBC NISP in 2020, currently serving as Digital Banking Solutions Division Head where he builds the bank’s digital capabilities and accelerates digital transformation for the business.

Rudy has a broad experience in developing digital businesses in various sectors, including insurance, banking, telecommunications, fintech, and retail. His expertise in building digital capabilities across industries and his proven track record in several big companies has led him to winning prestigious awards for OCBC NISP, including Breakthrough Award in Digital Banking from CNBC Indonesia in 2021 and Digital Brand Awards 2022 for Mobile Banking for Bank KBMI 3, from Infobank & Isentia.

Tushar Agarwal is a Managing Director and Partner at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), and core member of the Financial Institutions practice. He is a Leader for the TURN practice within Banking. BCG TURN helps turn companies’ upside potential into radical performance gains. Tushar has advised clients on a broad range of topics, including digital builds, front-to-back digitization, capital markets products as part of large-scale transformations within Financial Institutions.

Bernadeth is a Partner for EY Consulting in Indonesia, with over 18 years of experience. She has extensive experiences focusing on financial services industry, specializing in the insurance sector. Her main expertise are business strategy, finance transformation, process improvement, Project Management Office (PMO), International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) implementation, and technology solution delivery. She is leading the forefront of innovation in finance, championing several IFRS 17 initiatives and finance transformation projects, enabled by latest technologies. She also supported the local Insurance Association in shaping the future of the insurance industry.

He is the Chief Digital and Analytics Officer, In charge of developing digital business and partnership, digitalization, analytics, and data enterprise in Bank Danamon,. He is a strong believer in human-centered design, passionate in developing people and challenging status quo. He is also mentor for Management Trainee an active speaker in analytics, digital banking, marketing, and business transformation. 

Known for her superb marketing and project management background, Lusiana Saleh has served CIMB Niaga since 2012. Prior to CIMB Niaga, she has held various key positions at ANZ bank in various countries. She holds an Engineering Degree from Purdue University, Indiana, United States. Her current role is as a key player to strategically manage and oversee the feature development as well the business development of Digital Banking Group of CIMB Niaga including Octo Mobile – Digital Financial mobile banking app, Octo Clicks – Internet Banking, Rekening Ponsel and Contact Centre 14041 and Digital Lounge.

He has more than 25 years of experience in the Banking Industry, both in the commercial, retail, and wealth management sectors, including the functions of managing customer relationships, managing branch offices, and sales.

Since 2007, Edhi has held various senior and executive positions at several leading banks in Indonesia, including HSBC Indonesia, BII Maybank, Bank Permata, ABN AMRO/RBS Bank, and Bank Danamon.

Edhi was appointed as President Director of ZAI effective as of July 2022.
