He has over 17 years of consulting experience in providing growth strategy, pricing, and sales strategy advice to various national and international Wealth and Asset Managers, Retail and Corporate Banks, and leading FinTechs, Neobanks and Payments companies. Silvio advises clients on a broad range of commercial transformation strategies and product management as well as assisting in market-specific implementation of growth and sales strategies. Recently, he has been focusing on post-merger integration and the implementation of pricing software to increase revenues and to respond to regulatory developments in key markets in Asia.

Jasper is a partner in the Financial Services Practice, based in Oliver Wyman’s Hong Kong Office. He also leads the Corporate and Institutional Banking Practice in Asia Pacific.
Jasper covers clients across Greater China and Asia Pacific on topics related to capital markets, wealth and asset management, and fintech. Recently, he has supported various global financial institutions to formulate their China onshore strategy and operational plans. He has also co-authored multiple Oliver Wyman industry reports and whitepapers in the Financial Services industry.

Jayant Bhatia oversees the development and execution of Mox’s business strategy across its key segments. As Chief Business Officer, Jayant is responsible for driving P&Ls across business lines, product strategy and delivery, marketing and branding, business analytics, customer experience enhancements, and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Previously, Jayant served as Chief Product Officer at Mox, where he played an instrumental role in shaping the bank’s product strategy and propositions. He expanded business lines across deposits, cards and lending, investments and insurance, while driving strong business outcomes.
Jayant brings over 20 years of experience in banking. Prior to joining Mox, he was part of the Standard Chartered Group, with extensive experience across unsecured lending, credit cards, SME banking and deposits. In his last role as the Global Head of Deposits, Mortgages, and Payments, he led the bank’s Global Payments Strategy with the bank making huge strides in the payments space. His achievements included launching domestic real-time P2P payment capabilities across multiple markets, enhancing digital international money transfers, and introducing new merchant payment options spanning wallets, contactless, and QR payments.
As a strong advocate of partnerships, Jayant successfully led global collaborations in digital and emerging payments with Visa, Mastercard, Apple, and Google. As the Global Head of Deposits, he also applied behavioural science to develop customer-centric products and built a digital multi-currency proposition for international and wealth clients.
Jayant holds an MBA in Marketing Management from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, University of Mumbai, one of India’s leading business schools.
Outside of work, Jayant enjoys hiking and cycling. He is also a long-time supporter of Liverpool FC and follows the Premier League closely.
