Lance is a Principal in Boston Consulting Group’s Manila office and has worked with offline and online retailers in the Philippines and USA. He has also led some of BCG’s proprietary research on the Filipino consumer. Lance recently rejoined BCG after spending the last four years at Clair, a US-based neobank, where he was the first employee and led the company as Chief Revenue Officer from 0 to its first $1 million in revenue.  At BCG, he has worked with clients in retail, fintech, and consumer goods on topics around strategy, transformation, and performance management across 14 countries in North America and Asia-Pacific. Lance graduated from Harvard University with a degree in visual studies. Outside of work, Lance is an avid half-marathon runner, home cook, husband, and dog dad to two golden retrievers. 

TG Limcaoco is the President and CEO of the Bank of the Philippine Islands, a role he has held since April 2021. BPI is the oldest bank in the Philippines and is the second largest private bank covering institutional, SME, consumer and investment banking, asset management and private banking, bancassurance, and microfinance. He is also currently the President of the Bankers Association of the Philippines and Chairman of Philippine Payments Management, Inc. Prior to his current role at BPI, he was CFO of Ayala Corporation and oversaw its investments in real estate, banking, telecommunications, energy, auto, manufacturing and technology. He has held previous positions at JP Morgan and at BZW, the former investment banking arm ofBarclays Bank.

He received his MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and his BS in Mathematical Sciences (Honors Program) from Stanford University. In 2017, he was named the ING-Finex CFO of the Year and in 2023 received the Communicator of the Year award in the Executive Leader category from IABC Asia Pacific and the Gold Award for Best CEO in the Philippines in Asia's Best Managed Companies poll of FinanceAsia.
 

Poonam Anandani is the Head of CRM Technology, Process, and Data at Home Credit Philippines, with responsibility for CRM platforms, enterprise processes, data management, and data governance. She leads strategic initiatives that strengthen customer engagement, operational excellence, and data reliability across the organization. With a strong focus on building scalable systems and robust governance frameworks, Poonam drives transformation through insight-led decision-making and cross-functional collaboration.

Shereen Michelle is the Chief Innovation, Digital, and Operations Officer of CIMB PH, the Philippines’ leading digital-only commercial bank, serving over 10 million customers as of 2026. A seasoned transformation leader, she began her career in Big Four management consulting, transitioned into a technology leadership role in a startup, and is now a senior banker, bringing with her a blend of financial services, technology, and customer experience expertise. At CIMB PH, she leads digital strategy, operational excellence, and innovation to scale the bank’s mobile first, fully digital model.

Lester Cruz, Chief Executive Officer of Singlife Philippines, is leading the company’s continued growth as a pioneer in the digital insurance space. His extensive experience in digital banking, startups, and fina cial services is driving efforts to strengthen partnerships, boost customer engagement, and expand Singlife’s market presence. Under his leadership, Singlife aims to solidify its position at the forefront of digital insurance in the Philippines.

Lester previously transformed UNO Digital Bank and CIMB Bank Philippines into fast-growing franchises and spent 15 years at Citi, managing Wealth Management and Insurance Businesses at Citicorp Financial Services and Insurance Brokerage Philippines, Inc. (CFSI).

Sanjay Chakrabarty is Pru Life UK’s President & Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

Mr. Chakrabarty has deep knowledge of the banking and insurance sectors, having worked across multiple Asian markets for the past 26 years. He has been with Prudential since 2014 and has worked as the CEO of Prudential Cambodia and Prudential’s Cambodia-Laos-Myanmar Hub. In these roles, he has successfully led a cross-markets team, implementing several strategic initiatives with material impact in all three markets.

Driving innovation and growth, Mr. Chakrabarty reinstated Prudential’s Cambodia business to #1 position in the market. He is deeply committed to driving a customer-centric approach, and to creating a culture of excellence that attracts and retains the best talent.

He started his career with Citibank, India, in 1997. He has also worked for Citibank in Japan and Korea between 2004-2014, heading several functions spanning risk and business. At Prudential, he has served as CEO of Prudential Vietnam Finance Company and as Chief Commercial Officer at Prudential Vietnam. Before moving to Cambodia with Prudential in 2020, he also spent time as Deputy CEO and Head of Consumer Banking at Orient Commercial Joint Stock Bank in Vietnam.

Mr. Chakrabarty holds a Master’s degree in Statistics from the Indian Statistical Institute and enjoys reading history in his free time.
 

Francis L. Chiu is a senior technology executive and digital transformation leader with over 25 years of experience driving large-scale modernization across banking, fintech, and global technology organizations. He currently serves as First Vice President and Head of Consumer Banking Applications at BDO Unibank, leading enterprise initiatives spanning loan origination transformation, payments modernization, and merchant platform innovation.

Recognized globally for his leadership and impact, Francis is a recipient of multiple international awards including the World CIO 200 Global Champion, Asia’s Most Aspiring Leaders (ACES), Future CIO 100, and the Philippines’ Top 30 Leaders on LinkedIn. His career spans executive leadership roles across Asia and Europe, including P&L ownership, platform modernization, and building high-performing cross-border teams.

Beyond enterprise leadership, Francis is an active contributor to the technology community as a Vice President of the Global CIO Forum Philippines, chapter lead within the Philippine CIO Association, and a frequent speaker and panelist at regional and global forums. He is passionate about people-centered leadership, sustainable digital transformation, and building organizations that balance innovation, resilience, and purpose.

Jennifer Y. Ng, “Jen” is Senior Vice President and Head of the Marketing Group. She spent 25 years of her banking career at Security Bank Corporation, Asiatrust Development Bank, and Planters Development Bank with extensive experience in Branch Banking, Consumer Sales, and Marketing. She also served as the director for Asia Pacific and head of Philippine operations for Transfast Remittance LCC. Under her care, PNB launched the rebranding campaign, Every Step Together, which earned multiple awards from prestigious organizations such as Asian Banking and Finance Awards as the Rebranding Campaign of the Year. Jen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Medical Technology from the University of Santo Tomas. She earned Master’s degree in Business Administration from the Ateneo Graduate School of Business, Regis Program.

Jun was appointed country manager in January 2023. Building on ING’s track record in the Philippines, Jun is responsible for continuing the business momentum by executing the pillars of its Asia Pacific strategy to leverage ING’s global network, deepen client relationships and strengthen its position as the ‘go-to bank’ for sustainable finance. As country manager, he also has overall responsibility for the operations of the Manila Branch. A banking veteran with 30 years of experience, Jun worked at Citibank Philippines from 1993 to 1995. He joined ING’s project finance team in 1996 and was with ING for 10 years. He was the director of Loan Syndications Asia at ING before moving to Merrill Lynch in 2006. Jun worked at Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation (SMBC) as regional head of Structured Finance Syndications, Export & Agency Finance and Aviation Finance in 2010. He was appointed regional head of Loans Distribution Asia and head of Structured Credit Distribution of SMBC in 2016. Jun joined ING from SMBC as head of Wholesale Banking, Philippines in May 2022.
