Tok Puan Datin Ezreen Eliza currently serves as the Head, Transaction Banking - Securities Services and CEO, CIMB Trustee Group. She is responsible for the overall Securities Services business, product development and operational efficiency, brings with her 19 years' experience in the capital markets industries as well as client facing experience. She has irrefutable year-after-year success in achieving revenue, profit and business growth objectives for CIMB Securities Services for marketing of custody, trustee and Transaction Banking Cash products.

Datin Ezreen started her career with CIMB as Associate Director, Special Projects, CIMB Bank Berhad in 2014 and has taken on various roles in Securities Services and Transaction Banking Cash Sales before she was appointed to her current roles. She previously served as Vice President in two global banks in Malaysia and Singapore. In that capacity, she led several of the organizations’ vital operational functions within the global custody and trustee services. Her wide experience and knowledge of local and global securities market has positioned her to manage and deliver solutions to custody and trustee clients.

Silvio Struebi heads Simon-Kucher’s banking practice in APAC. He has over 17 years of consulting experience in providing growth strategy, pricing, and sales strategy advice to various national and international Wealth and Asset Managers, Retail and Corporate Banks, and leading FinTechs, Neobanks and Payments companies. Silvio advises clients on a broad range of commercial transformation strategies and product management as well as assisting in market-specific implementation of growth and sales strategies. Recently, he has been focusing on post-merger integration and the implementation of pricing software to increase revenues and to respond to regulatory developments in key markets in Asia.

Fabrice Benard is the Chief Executive Officer of Generali Insurance Malaysia Berhad and Country Head of Generali entities in Malaysia. Fabrice brings over 20 years of strong technical and strategic experience in the insurance industry. With a robust background in General Insurance, actuarial, risk management, financial, bancassurance, and mergers and acquisitions, Fabrice has a track record in understanding trends, challenges and success factors, and implementing strategic priorities in the insurance sector. Before his current role in Malaysia, Fabrice was based at the Generali Asia Regional Office in Hong Kong, where he led the regional Property and Casualty Insurance function, driving a profitable and sustainable growth agenda. He also played a key role in the merger, acquisition and integration of Generali Malaysia, driving it to be one of the leading Property and Casualty insurers and emerging life insurer in Malaysia. His international leadership experience spans senior management positions within reputable financial institutions and big four firms across different continents, including Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. In 2023, Fabrice was awarded the CEO of the Year at Insurance Asia Awards and Insurance Asia News Awards for Excellence, in recognition of his exemplary leadership in the integration project that propels Generali Malaysia as one of the largest insurers serving close to 2 million customers in Malaysia.
In his leisure time, Fabrice enjoys playing tennis, both competitively and leisurely. Born in France, he speaks fluent English, French, and Italian, and is currently learning Bahasa Malaysia, reflecting his commitment to integrating into the Malaysian culture.
