Brett joined Fenergo in 2014 as VP of Sales for APAC to build out Fenergo’s footprint across Asia Pacific. With over 25 years’ experience in the fintech industry, Brett brings extensive experience to the role having worked as Manager of Asia for Avox for seven years and Regional Director of Algorithmics for nine years previous. Brett studied Marketing & Finance in Charles Sturt University and Applied Finance & Investment with FINSIA – the Securities Institute of Australia.

Carlo Minieri

Carlo Minieri is the Director at Euroclear offices in Asia (Tokyo, Beijing, Hong Kong and Singapore) and is responsible for coordinating sales efforts, as well as the liaison between the Commercial and Product Management division for the Euroclear group. He previously worked as Head of Southern Europe, Middle East and Africa for Euroclear Bank. He was responsible for the team of professionals covering client relationships in the region and promoting Euroclear's products and services.

Carol Grunberg

Carol is the Chief Business Officer at Yuno, a payments orchestration platform, serving a global customer base across 60 countries. With deep experience in the global payments and commerce industry gained through senior roles at Citi, AntGroup/Alipay, Google and Northwestern Mutual, Carol is passionate about transforming global commerce by revolutionizing the payments ecosystem and helping democratize finance worldwide. As CBO of Yuno, she leverages her expertise in new business development, client experience, and strategy to expand Yuno's reach and impact across markets and industries.

Outside of her work at Yuno, Carol is a dedicated investor and mentor for early-stage startups, with a particular focus on fintech, digital transformation, and social impact. She is also a champion for women in fintech, having served as President of the Board of Directors of Paytech Women. Currently, she sits on the Board of TeamUnity, which focuses on elevating communities within New York, especially in Harlem.

Cassandra Goh

Cassandra Goh Shiou Ling serves as Group Chief Executive Officer of Silverlake, a position she has held since 1 July 2024, having previously served as Deputy Chief Executive Officer. In her current role, she works closely with the Management team and Board to shape and execute the company's mission, business operations, and new initiatives.

Her career began at Cornerstone Research in the United States, where she spent 12 years as an economic consultant analysing complex litigation cases across financial services, energy, and commodities for bodies including the SEC, DOJ, and U.S. Futures Commodity Trading Commission. 

She returned to Malaysia in 2014 to join the Silverlake Private Entities, where she led corporate restructuring, financing, and investment initiatives focused on growth and value creation. Ms. Goh holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Mathematics from Duke University, where she graduated on the Dean's List in 2010.

Catherine Ballantyne

Catherine Ballantyne has spent 25 years in IT, marketing and digital development specifically working with the data that drives these tools. She works with Tealium’s prospects and customers across the APJ region to help them develop a customer data strategy to successfully achieve a scalable, productionised digital transformation and subsequent cohesive brand experience. It is this work that informs her current thinking around customer data supply chain and the evolution of customer data asset management which is required to satisfy legislative and consumer expectations. She has special interest in the travel, retail and gaming industries.
