Damien Wong is Vice President and General Manager for APAC at Confluent, the company that built an event streaming platform enabling companies to easily access data as real-time streams, founded by
the team that built Apache Kafka®
In his role, Damien is responsible for driving the overall development and growth of Confluent’s business across the Asia-Pacific and Japan region.
Prior to Confluent, Damien was Vice President and General Manager for Red Hat across the GEMs region, which included ASEAN, Korea, Hong Kong and Taiwan markets. Before his tenure at Red Hat, Damien was the General
Manager for HP Software across Southeast Asia. Damien has also held technology and business management roles in companies such as META Group, Firium Solutions and Accenture.
Over his 25-year career in the technology industry, Damien has won numerous awards, including being named Executive of the Year (Computer Software category) in the Singapore Business Review’s Management Excellence Awards for 2018. He graduated from the Imperial College London with a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons), and a Master of Science for Computing Science, degrees. Damien also holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Western Australia.

Dan Jones works across Asia in Oliver Wyman’s Digital practice where he supports global clients to digitally transform their existing businesses and also launch new greenfield ventures on modern, low-cost technology stacks using agile and lean ways of working. Dan is also the co-head of Asia Pacific Retail and Business Banking practice.
Sean Choo is the co-head of Oliver Wyman’s Asia Pacific Retail and Business Banking practice, based in Singapore. With 20 years of consulting experience spanning strategy, customer experience, analytics, and digital. He has worked with leading financial institutions across Asia including Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Korea, Japan, and Australia.
Edmund Lim is a Principal with Oliver Wyman Digital based in Singapore. He specializes in customer experience, value proposition design, and product management. His passion lies in challenging traditional business models by bringing together the approach of design thinking with applications of emerging technology to launch impactful ventures.

Daniel Wu is the head of financial services, public policy at AWS and drives AWS' public policy and government affairs strategies with financial services regulators in Asia Pacific to support the banking, payments, capital markets, and insurance sectors to transform with the cloud.
Wu has 10 years of public policy and government affairs experience in Southeast Asia. Prior to AWS, he was the director of public affairs (APAC) at UPS. He also writes about trade issues affecting ASEAN and APEC integration and speaks at university classes.
Pat Patel leads Elevandi as its executive director. Prior to Elevandi, he was the principal executive officer at Monetary Authority of Singapore.
He graduated from Bournemouth University with a master's in international business administration.
