Lai Pei Si is currently the CEO of GX Bank Malaysia, the first Digital Bank in Malaysia. The start up Bank opened its doors in Malaysia in September 2023. Her role sees her leading a team of dynamic financial professionals and technologists who are passionate about transforming and redefining financial services. They aim to make financial services more inclusive and catering to the needs of all, including the unbanked, underbanked and underserved segments.
A veteran in the financial services industry, Pei Si comes with an extensive experience and deep customer centricity honed over 25 years in retail banking, wealth management, corporate finance, product and business management, as well as governance, in both local and international markets. Prior to her current role, she held senior management positions in Standard Chartered Bank in the region and specific markets in Malaysia, Brunei and Singapore Pei Si graduated with a Bachelor of Social Science (Honours) at National University of Singapore, with a major in Economics & Political Science.

Fozia Amanulla is the Chief Executive Officer of Boost Bank since 15 January 2024. Boost Bank is the first primarily Malaysian-owned digital bank, distinguished by its ground-breaking embedded digital banking app. Boost Bank is a subsidiary of Boost, the regional full spectrum fintech arm of Axiata.
Fozia joined Boost in 2022 as the Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Boost Credit, the AI based micro-financing business at Boost. Concurrently, she also held the position of CEO Designate for the digital bank of Boost.
Prior to joining Boost, Fozia was the Chief Business Development Officer at Alliance Bank Malaysia Berhad, where she spearheaded the bank's digital and partnership transformation for the SMEs. She also served as the CEO of Alliance Islamic Bank Berhad between 2017 to 2021.
Throughout her career, Fozia has held various leadership roles in areas such as investment banking, corporate & commercial banking, SME banking, and Islamic banking. She also served as a board member of the CIIF (Chartered Institute of Islamic Finance) and AllianceDBS Research.
