Kiran is a highly enthusiastic and energetic thought leader in the financial services industry. With over 20 years of experience in consulting, technology, and business leadership roles for leading banks such as Barclays and Standard Chartered, Kiran brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his work. At SAP, he is responsible for financial services customers across Asia Pacific and Japan. Kiran leverages his industry experience and acumen to help his customers overcome their challenges and achieve their strategic outcomes.

John is the Chief Operating Officer of the Philippine Bank of Communications.  He has over 25 years of experience driving innovation, change and digital transformation for financial services in different countries. 

He was a pioneer in digital transformation in the late nineties when he helped reengineer the Asia-Pacific operations of one of the largest multinational banks.  He subsequently established a private consulting firm in the United States, helping design new digital business initiatives for financial institutions and fintechs.

Prior to joining PBCOM, John was the Head of Global Operations, Technology and Credit for the Philippine National Bank.  He was also the Integration Director, who oversaw the merger of PNB with Allied Banking Corporation in 2013.  Mr. Medina also worked at Union Bank of the Philippines where he conceptualized and implemented digital banking products and services.

Mr. Medina has a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of the Philippines and an MBA from the Shidler College of Business at the University of Hawai’i at Manoa.  He was an East-West Center Degree Fellow and attended graduate programs at the Handelshøjskolen I Århus (The Aarhus School of Business), Pacific Asian Management Institute and the European Summer School for Advanced Management for additional graduate studies

As Cluster CFO, Singapore and ASEAN Markets, Gaurav oversees Finance, Regional Treasury, Property and Supply Chain Management for the Bank in Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam and Thailand. A member of the Singapore Management team, he provides financial advice to senior members of the Bank and contributes to the business’ overall strategic priorities. As CFO of Standard Chartered Bank (Singapore) Limited, Gaurav also covers finance aspects of Trust Bank.

Gaurav joined Standard Chartered in 2009 and has held numerous senior positions in the Bank, including Chief Financial Officer of Cluster Markets (Vietnam, Philippines, Sri Lanka, Australia), Head of Performance Management Analytics of Wholesale Banking, and Head of Asset and Liability Management Product Control.

Prior to Standard Chartered, Gaurav was Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company providing advisory for Banking and Insurance clients. In the role, he counselled Senior Executives and Boards of local and multinational banks on their growth strategies; mergers, acquisitions and divestitures; new markets entry; organisational redesign; as well as business transformation.  

Gaurav has a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the Iowa State University and holds an MBA degree from the University of Texas.

Louise serves as a member of the Executive Board at msg global solutions AG.  She is responsible for the portfolio around Analytics practice that encompasses Profitability and Performance Management, Sustainability, and the area of Financial Accounting. In her career spanning 20 years she has held leadership roles in various capacity including being the Managing Director for NEXONTIS Consulting GmbH that develops high-end SAP solutions for Performance Management, Accounting & Sustainability.

Hicham Kebir serves as a Head of Sustainable Finance at PwC Germany's Financial Services Technology Consulting division, focusing on Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) reporting platforms. With considerable experience, he has designed and implemented sustainable reporting systems ensuring forward-thinking ESG reporting. In addition to his ESG knowledge, Hicham has also led significant transformation projects in the financial services sector, launched global platforms, and managed data strategy and transformation programs.

Erika has been in the banking and finance industry for over a decade holding various posts in both Manila and Hong Kong for Citibank, the French investment bank CA, and currently Union Bank of the Philippines as Head of its Fintech Business Group. She is a SEC-certified Trader and prior to joining the Fintech team, has had vast experience in Finance specifically in the field of Debt and Capital Markets, FX Sales Trading, Derivative Structuring and Corporate Banking and Investment Banking.

Erika might also be a familiar face as she was a News Anchor for Bloomberg Philippines and hosted the headlines for some of its daily business news programs.She graduated with special mention from Ateneo de Manila University with a degree in Management and a minor in International Business. Erika also took further studies in Oxford University’s Saïd Business School under their Fintech Program.

Win Lwin started his professional career in education industry between1996 and 2000, widely respected for his commitment to develop solutions for Myanmar vocational students in diverse perspectives by providing high quality expertise and support to business management diplomas and courses before he migrated to USA. He spent more than 20 years servicing in different leading banks and financial institutions, holding various executive positions in USA. He was appointed as Managing Director, under special program from International Finance Corporation (IFC), in KBZ Bank of Myanmar.
