Adib Kangda is a seasoned financial services executive with over two decades of international experience spanning consumer banking, digital payments and platform innovation. Currently serving as Senior Vice President – International Markets at DreamFolks Singapore, Adib leads the company’s global expansion efforts, partnering with leading banks and card schemes across Asia Pacific and the Middle East. His focus is on supporting financial institutions modernise and scale their retail and affluent propositions through KPI-linked purpose-built platforms, differentiated consumer value propositions (CVPs) and data-driven personalisation. With a strong emphasis on business outcomes, he supports banks in delivering measurable impact on cards P&L margins while elevating consumer loyalty and engagement value.

Prior to DreamFolks, Adib held regional leadership roles at NCR Corporation, where he advised top banks and central regulators on digital transformation, payments strategy, and distribution channel innovation. He has been instrumental in helping top-tier regional banks realign their physical and digital infrastructure, optimise smart branch formats, and integrate payments platforms to better serve digitally native consumers. Adib brings a strategic, outcomes-driven approach to building next-generation operating models – blending technology, data and ecosystem partnerships to enable sustainable growth for both traditional and digital-first banks.

Boma Harahap is the Head of Digital Product at Allo Bank, bringing over 15 years of experience in digital banking, telecommunications, and financial technology. He has driven impactful product innovations at leading Indonesian institutions, including Allo Bank, Hutchison Tri Indonesia, and Gojek. Boma holds a Master of Science in Management of Technology from Delft University of Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Institut Teknologi Bandung.

Dennis Anwar is a transformation and technology leader with over 16 years of experience in life insurance operations and IT. As Head of Business Transformation and Information Technology at Zurich Topas Life, he has played a pivotal role in driving the company’s digital evolution—modernizing platforms, embedding automation, and enhancing data capabilities to support real-time decision-making. Hermawan Tjakradiwira, presently serving as the Chief Product Officer at Superbank Indonesia, possesses a wealth of experience and expertise, particularly within the banking sector, where he has made significant contributions over the years.

In his current role at Superbank Indonesia, He leads a dynamic team overseeing new business development, product operations, and financial industries. Since assuming this position in July 2022, he has been instrumental in the establishment and successful launch of a groundbreaking new digital bank. Reporting directly to the CEO, Hermawan's strategic leadership has been pivotal in navigating the competitive digital banking landscape, cementing Superbank's position as an industry leader.

Hermawan's banking journey is marked by noteworthy achievements and impactful roles. During his tenure as the Executive Director - Country Head Nexus Banking at Standard Chartered Bank, he spea headed pioneering initiatives like Banking-as-a-Service, fundamentally reshaping the delivery of financial services. His leadership extended to setting up new teams and operations, particularly focusing on consumer banking products, where his strategic insights drove growth and innovation.

Prior to that, Hermawan served as the Vice President - Digital Banking Development Head at PT Bank Danamon Indonesia, Tbk. Here, he played a pivotal role in leading digital banking and e-commerce teams, concentrating on product development, process engineering, and business generation. His visionary approach and innovative strategies significantly propelled the bank's success in the digital realm.

With a strong academic background in Business IT & Management, Software Engineering, and Telecommunication Engineering, Hermawan continues to drive innovation and shape the future of digital banking and financial services.

Citi appointed Mr. Batara Sianturi as the CCO for Indonesia in June, 2015. He is also the current Chairman of PERBINA (International Banks Association of Indonesia), the Chairman of US-
ASEAN Business Council Indonesia, member of the Board of Governor of AmCham Indonesia,
International Advisory Board member of IPMI International Business School, Board member of Junior Achievement Indonesia and Advisory Board member of Indonesia’s Central Bank Association of Payment System. An Indonesian national, during his 36 years with Citi, 12 years of which with Citi office overseas, he has held a number of senior positions in Consumer Bank and Finance, as well as in Country and Regional management, during his assignments with Citi Indonesia, Citi Australia, Citi Hungary and Citi Philippines.

Previously Mr. Sianturi was the CCO for Philippines (2013-2015). He concurrently served as Cluster Head for the Philippines and Guam. He was a member of the Board of Trustees of the Philippine Business for Social Progress and also served as a member of the Board of Directors of the American Chamber of Commerce and Industry (AMCHAM) Philippines. 

Prior to his Philippine assignment, he was the Citi Cluster Head for Hungary and 12 other countries in Eastern Europe (2008-2013), while serving as the CCO for Hungary (2007-2013).

Mr. Sianturi earned two Bachelor of Science degrees in Chemical Engineering and in Polymer/ Macromolecular Science from Case Western Reserve University (1979-1983), as well as a Master of Chemical Engineering degree from Steven’s Institute of Technology (1984) and an MBA degree in Finance from St. John’s University (1988). He was also inducted to the Tau Beta Pi, Engineering Honor Society and Beta Gamma Sigma, International Honor Society for Business Excellence during his academic years. He speaks English, French and Indonesian.

Anosh is the Head of Indonesia and a partner in the Digital and Retail Business and Banking practices. In Indonesia, he has worked across Digital and Financial Services, specifically advising incumbents and new entrants in Retail and SME Banking, Payments, and Insurance to disrupt the market. He also advises Private Capital and foreign clients on potential targets and entry strategies for the country. He focuses on projects that go beyond the strategy design phase and into implementation where customers can touch and feel something real.

Hendy Kurniawan is a partner based in Oliver Wyman’s Indonesia office. With over 10 years of consulting experience, Hendy has worked on Indonesia market entries and target segmentation, digital product propositions, bancassurance deals, performance, and change management for large transformation programs. He has been actively involved in the build and launch of digital products and businesses for financial services companies across Southeast Asia region.

Kusuma Rengga Prakasa (“Rengga”) is a seasoned banking professional with over 15 years of experience in trade finance and client relationship management. He currently serving as the Head of Client Management for Global Trade Solutions at HSBC Indonesia. Rengga has a proven track record with deep expertise in structuring complex trade deals for global corporates and state-owned enterprises, including procurement support during the Covid-19 pandemic and digitalizing trade drawdown for several accounts. In his role, he focuses on relationship excellence, strategic portfolio growth, and high-impact trade deals. He holds a Master’s in Supply Chain Management from the University of Melbourne (Melbourne Business School), as well as been Certified Documentary Credit Specialist (CDCS).

Denny is the Head of Risk Consulting division in KPMG Indonesia, specializing in Banking and Insurance. Denny started his career in the U.S. New York office where he implemented process improvement and SOX implementation to various U.S. Listed financial service institutions. He subsequently relocated to KPMG Singapore where he supported clients on improving risk and governance practices, developing credit, market and operational risk solutions. Denny moved to Indonesia in 2017 to expand the Risk Consulting practice in Indonesia. Denny graduated with a master’s degree from the University of Wisconsin and holds a CFA, CIA and FRM designation.

Raine Renaldi is a distinguished investor and digital economy leader with over 16 years of experience across finance, investment, and technology. As Chief of the Fintech, Economy, & Digital Asset Committee at the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce (KADIN), he has been instrumental in shaping Indonesia’s blockchain and crypto regulations since 2014—helping the nation rise to the top 3 in global crypto adoption, with Bali emerging as a major hub.

Raine is also a prominent voice in the tokenization movement, advocating the integration of real-world assets into blockchain systems to drive transparency, access, and innovation.

He serves as President of the Indonesian Bankers Club, leading over 44,000 members including top-level executives, and heads ID Opentech Group, a regional venture builder with 16 portfolio companies across Asia.
