Norinchukin Innovation Fund invests in Mooji Meats
Mooji Meats’ plant-based steak products are sold under the Offbeast brand.
Norinchukin Bank (Nochu) has announced that its innovation fund has invested in Mooji Meats Inc. for an undisclosed amount.
Mooji Meats develops plant-based steak products, leveraging proprietary technology based on 3D printing to “pursue an authentic texture.” Its products are marketed under the Offbeast brand, the Japanese bank said in a press release on 9 February 2026.
Norinchukin Innovation Fund is a corporate venture capital fund investing in domestic and international startups in sectors such as agritech, foodtech, fintech, and lifetech, amongst other sectors.
