Khun Dear’s background combines a mix of Partnership management, leadership, investment, and customer experience, working across the insurance industry. Prior to joining Krungthai-AXA Life, Dear enjoyed a career spanning over 20 years at AIA Thailand (AIAT). While at AIAT, she held the positions of Head of Pensions, and subsequently Chief Partnership Distribution and Corporate Solutions Officer, before being promoted to Chief Life Officer and External Affairs. In this role, she led AIAT’s overall Life Operations and managed regulatory bodies governing the Life Insurance businesses.
Khun Dear delivers speeches and presentations as part of her role, on topics including leadership, transformation and the role of technology and AI in Customer Experience.
Khun Dear graduated with an MBA from Eastern University in Pennsylvania, USA and a BA in Accounting from Chulalongkorn University, Bangkok, Thailand. Prior to this, Win was Chief Investment Officer of Principal Asset Management. He led a team of 20 to win the prestigious Best Fund House – Domestic Fixed Income Award by Morningstar Thailand for 4 consecutive years. Before that, he was Head of Investments and Deputy Spokesperson of the Social Security Office, Thailand's largest institutional investor with total AUM of US$38 billion.
Win holds a BA in Economics (International Program) from Thammasat University in Bangkok and an MBA from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, Netherlands. His MBA study was sponsored by the Royal Thai Government Scholarship. Win is a CFA Charterholder and is currently President of CFA Society Thailand.
During the weekends, Win teaches finance courses at Thammasat University, National Institute of Development Administration (NIDA), and Assumption University in Bangkok. He was awarded an Outstanding Civil Servant in 2006 and a Rising Star Economist in 2014. He authored 3 books; ‘Invest Like A Pro’, ‘Career in Finance’ and ‘Career in Finance: Revised Edition’.

Martin has spent most of his career in the Financial Services and IT Services space in Asia Pacific pioneering through several waves of digital transformations. His career began in the development labs at IBM Corporation in the US and UK. After moving to Asia Pacific he became VP and Chief of Staff at Citibank Asia Pacific Corporate Bank and later the CTO of Asia’s first Internet only bank and a founder of Internet startup Book-n-go.com during the Internet boom. Martin went on to be an advisor and managing consultant in the Financial Service and Telco industries with major engagements with banks in Singapore and Thailand as well as leading the technical build of the Continuous Link Settlement (CLS) utility for the Monetary Authority of Singapore.
Martin joined CIMB in January of 2018 as Programme Manager in CIMB Fintech delivering solutions across the CIMB Group. Martin moved to be Head CIMB Thai Consumer Digital Bank late in 2019 responsible for Digital initiatives starting from Consumer Banking.
