Rapheal Erasmus is the Asia-Pacific Head of Citi’s Sustainability and Corporate Transitions team, based in Singapore.
In this role, she is responsible for providing strategic and financial advisory services to Citi’s clients across sectors in the region to support their net zero transition.
Rapheal started her career with Citi in 2002 and has 21 years’ experience spanning M&A advisory, debt advisory, financing, structuring and distribution across multi asset classes, jurisdictions and products, including infrastructure, power, energy, structured finance, real estate, and in both public and private markets.
Prior to relocating to Singapore to take on her current role in October 2021, Rapheal was a senior banker in Citi’s EMEA Project and Infrastructure Finance team in London where she led numerous innovative and market-leading financings, with a focus on renewables and energy transition.

Eugenia Koh is Global Head of Sustainable Finance for the Consumer, Private and Business Banking division at Standard Chartered Bank. In her role, she is responsible for building sustainable finance product capabilities and client engagement tools, and embedding reputational, sustainability and climate risk considerations into governance frameworks and risk management processes to deliver on the division’s net zero commitments. Eugenia partners with bankers to engage clients on conversations to incorporate sustainable investing strategies into their portfolios. She also actively drives industry thought leadership and is a member of the Bank’s global Sustainable Finance Governance Committee.
She has over 13 years of experience in sustainable development from sustainable investing to corporate social responsibility and experimenting with building a social enterprise to support livelihoods in Cambodia.
Prior to joining the Bank, Eugenia worked in the COO team at Barclays, where she had her initial foray into impact investing. There, she was tasked with evaluating and exploring the implementation of an impact investing platform for Barclays in Asia.
She started her career at Weber Shandwick, and worked on a number of award-winning public relations campaigns spanning thought leadership to corporate social responsibility.
She is author of “Dawn Kwan. Art Awakening”, a chronicle of child prodigy Dawn Kwan’s journey as a child artist, which is available in all National Libraries in Singapore.

Sanjoy has over 30 years of extensive international consumer banking experience. He spent the first 22 years of his career in Citibank where he led diverse consumer & wealth businesses in Asia Pacific, Middle East & Africa. In 2012, he joined ANZ Banking Group to head their Retail, Private Banking & Wealth business in Asia. Dr. Tan Sian Wee is the Co-Founder and Group Chief Executive Officer of Finaxar, a Singapore-based fintech startup that is reinventing business financing for SMEs.
Beginning in the 1990s in Silicon Valley, Sian’s passion has been in bridging technology and business to pave the way for new ventures. He was an early investor and technical pioneer of touch feedback for Immersion (NASDAQ: IMMR) with 10 patents. Immersion’s technology is today felt through mobile devices, console game controllers, automotive, and medical systems. He later advised Primesense which became Apple’s Face ID in 2017. Vikas graduated from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School with a Bachelor of Sciences in Strategic Management & Economics. During his time there, he was actively involved in the Wharton India Economic Forum Penn Club. Vikas has received several prestigious awards, including the Global Xaverian Business Leader Award, Top 10 Global Fintech Leader Award from the Monetary Authority of Singapore, and Entrepreneur of the Year by Round Table India.
Vikas in an active member of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO) and also served on the Board of Directors for the Centre for Fathering - Dads for Life (CFF-DFL), a non-profit organisation founded in 2000 to promote active and involved fathering, and address issues of fatherlessness in Singapore.

Kai is the Chief Technology Officer and a member of the Anext Bank Pte. Ltd. (“ANEXT Bank”) Executive Committee. He is charged with designing ANEXT Bank’s IT and digital vision to drive business impact, and has developed a robust technology architecture roadmap that supports the full range of digital SME banking services according to regulatory requirements.
As an experienced IT leader, Kai manages a team to develop, manage and maintain the overall security and technology infrastructure of ANEXT Bank including cybersecurity as well as business continuity frameworks and measures. He also provides the right environment and support for the team to deliver innovative solutions within budget and timelines.
Prior to ANEXT Bank, Kai has served in various leading software companies and banks including the Commonwealth Bank of Australia, to deliver core banking system implementations across Asia Pacific.
In his most recent role at LaSalle Investment Management (“LaSalle”), Kai undertook the digital transformation roadmap, overall IT operations, cybersecurity, and business continuity management for Asian countries. He successfully established a technology risk management framework and delivered various digital initiatives for LaSalle.

Sanjoy Sen is the Group Head of Consumer Bank, responsible for the Group’s Consumer Banking business across the Region, and member of the Bank’s Group Management Committee.
Sanjoy plays a lead role in growing and deepening DBS’ Regional consumer footprint in Asia. His responsibility includes driving the digital transformation and develop new ecosystem partnerships, leveraging DBS’ banking and technology capabilities, to scale the consumer businesses.
Sanjoy has over 30 years of extensive international consumer banking experience. He spent the first 22 years of his career in Citibank where he led diverse consumer & wealth businesses in Asia Pacific, Middle East & Africa. In 2012, he joined ANZ Banking Group to head their Retail, Private Banking & Wealth business in Asia. He then joined DBS Bank in 2018, following the successful integration of ANZ’s Retail & Wealth business. Sanjoy currently serves on the board of DBS Bank Taiwan Ltd and DBS Foundation. He sits on Visa’s Senior Client Council for Asia Pacific. In 2019, Sanjoy was conferred the IBF Fellow award for Consumer Banking by the Institute of Banking & Finance in Singapore.

Dr. Tan Sian Wee is the Co-Founder and Group Chief Executive Officer of Finaxar, a Singapore-based fintech startup that is reinventing business financing for SMEs.
Beginning in the 1990s in Silicon Valley, Sian’s passion has been in bridging technology and business to pave the way for new ventures. He was an early investor and technical pioneer of touch feedback for Immersion (NASDAQ: IMMR) with 10 patents. Immersion’s technology is today felt through mobile devices, console game controllers, automotive, and medical systems. He later advised Primesense which became Apple’s Face ID in 2017.
