As the Head of Customer Intelligence (CI) for ASEAN at SAS, Gaurav empowers enterprises with practical applications of Artificial Intelligence and Decisioning to enable extraordinary experience, maximise customer lifetime value and improve customer centricity.

Prior to SAS, he has worn multiple hats at conglomerates like Deloitte, Oracle as well as startups. Previously, he was aboard at DBS Bank in a regional advisory role driving the bank’s transition from being a product-centric organization to the one where customer is at the center through data-driven customer journeys.

Gavin Gunning

Gavin Gunning is a senior director and sector lead within S&P Global Ratings’ Financial Services Ratings group and is a member of the Asia-Pacific financial services leadership team. Gavin is currently co-chair of S&P Global Ratings’ Analytical Oversight and Consistency Council at the global level; and is chair for the same council at the Asia-Pacific regional level. 

Gavin Smith

Prior to founding the firm, Panxora CEO Gavin Smith’s most recent role was managing global risk hedging for the metals division at Trafigura. He has since transferred his extensive knowledge of risk and the financial markets to running the firm. Gavin became involved in cryptocurrencies and blockchain tech in 2014, first founding Panxora, which offers treasury management services to help new tokens protect their subscription capital, as well as a digital asset exchange and an investment division.
