Li Renn Tsai

Li Renn Tsai is Head of Product and Sales, APAC at Tradeweb, responsible for managing the firm’s sales and product teams across Asia Pacific, as well as the relationships with buy- and sell-side side clients and the development and suite of products available on the Tradeweb platform in the region.

Prior to joining Tradeweb in 2017, Li Renn was the Head of Fixed Income Trading at the Singapore Exchange (SGX), and also held various roles at DBS Bank, DBS Asset Management and UBS. He holds a BSE in Electrical Engineering from Princeton University and an MBA in Finance from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.

As a recognised expert in financial services transformation, Liam specialises in driving strategic change across banking and capital markets. He brings extensive experience in shaping and executing complex solutions, including operating model design and implementation, operations and technology transformation, client lifecycle management, and post-merger integration. 

His leadership has been instrumental in helping clients navigate industry disruption and achieve sustainable growth.

He has over 20 years of consulting and industry experience in business transformation and implementation of technology and operations. He has worked in industries including retail, private and investment banking, asset management, corporate banking and life insurance.
