Ricky Kapur

Ricky Kapur is Head of Asia Pacific for Zoom, leading the company’s go-to market strategy for key APAC markets: Australia and New Zealand, ASEAN, China, Hong Kong SAR, India, Korea, and Taiwan (excluding Japan).

Bringing over 25 years of experience to his role, he oversees the region’s growth and expansion across cross-functional teams, engaging closely with business leaders in APAC to empower and support organisations in their digital transformation strategies.

Prior to joining Zoom, Ricky was Vice President of Sales and Marketing Operations at Microsoft APAC, and served as Managing Director at Google where he was responsible for overseeing the growth of Google Cloud Platform across APJ.

Ricky also held leadership positions at prominent technology companies like Oracle, Siebel Systems, Unica Corporation, and Chordiant Software.

Ricky is a chartered accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in India and holds an MBA from the University of Melbourne.

Riddhi Dutta

Riddhi Dutta is the Regional Director for Asia at Backbase.

Riddhi oversees Backbase' go-to-market success for his territory in Asia Pacific. He helps financial institutions turn their digital ambitions into reality, helping them with designing digital transformation initiatives which are feasible, tailored, and creative with instant business value.

Riddhi has an excellent track record of championing legacy modernisation initiatives in several banks across the region, where he consulted and helped banks move to open banking platforms, including modern core banking and treasury solutions. Prior to joining Backbase, Riddhi held several senior roles at Infosys Finacle, Fintellix Solutions and ITC Infotech.

Riddhi earned a Masters of Business Administration in Marketing and Systems from the University of Delhi.

Robert Andriessen

Robin Wong

Robin Wong is the Chief Executive Officer of Mocasa, the Philippines' first virtual credit wallet. Robin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in consumer finance and virtual credit card industries.

Having lived in developed countries, Robin became accustomed to the convenience of using credit cards for daily transactions. In 2019, during his first visit to the Philippines, Robin recognized the inconvenience of cash payments and the lack of comprehensive banking and financial services.

Inspired by the government's push for a cashless society and drawing insights from China's credit payment development, Robin foresaw the potential for the Philippines to leapfrog traditional credit cards and embrace digital credit payments directly.

Rocky Scopelliti is the National General Manager Industry Development at Telstra Enterprise & Government. He is responsible for leading the thought leadership team accelerating the awareness of Telstra’s emerging technology solutions across industries including Financial Services, Media & Entertainment, Retail, Mining, Construction, Utilities, Resources, Manufacturing, Transport and Logistics.

Rohit Bammi

Rohit Bammi is the Global Head of Institution Business at Nium. A seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in fintech, banking and the financial services industry, Rohit has a deep knowledge of financial services and banking products. In his role, Rohit is responsible for driving Nium’s business strategy, sales and partnerships with banks and financial institutions to encourage the digitisation of financial services by incumbent and new financial players.

Romadeep Chakraborty

An MBA from a premier business school in Mumbai, Romadeep works at India's first and largest depository -- National Securities Depository Limited -- as an Assistant Manager. She has previously worked with IDBI Bank, a PSU bank in India. Romadeep has 10 years of experience in the finance industry.

Romadeep Chakraborty and Diptiman Chakraborty

Romadeep Chakraborty is a a Post Graduate holding a MMS Degree with specialization in Finance and she's currently working as an Assistant Manager in National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL) looking after settlement processes in India. Diptiman Chakraborty is a  Post Graduate holding a MMS degree with specialization in Finance. He is currently working as a Senior Manager in Axis Bank Limited in India looking after product development for the bank.

Rosalind Ng

Rosalind Ng is the Chief Operating Officer and Global Head of Operations for Wealth and Retail Banking (WRB) at Standard Chartered. She joined the Bank in September 2007 and is based in Singapore. Ros manages the Operations teams globally in the areas of onboarding, servicing, wealth processes, fraud risk and collections. She also leads business risk management and governance aiming at continuously improving the risk control environment of the WRB business.
