ANZ Transactive will allow real-time checking of current balances and approving or rejecting key payments.
According to Anne Collard, Global Head of Product & Channel Management, Payments & Cash Management at ANZ Institutional & International Banking, ANZ’s online cash management platform – ANZ Transactive – is going mobile and will be released into the market in late Q3 2012.
As part of our continuous investment in ANZ Transactive, we understand that consumer reliance on mobile technology is having a direct influence on the corporate use of mobile devices and tablets for activities such as payments and authorisation.
Initially delivered as an iPhone App that can also be used on an iPad, it will offer a fast, simple and convenient mobile banking experience for our clients in Australia and New Zealand. CFOs and Treasurers who are increasingly spending more time out of the office, will now have greater visibility and control of their core cash management activities on the go.
Key functions will include checking real time current balances and prior day, as well as approving and rejecting key payments. Users will also be able to personalise the information displayed to them – helping them to make instantaneous business decisions.
The future rollout plan will be rapid and includes making ANZ Transactive Mobile available in key markets in the Asia Pacific region, as well as supporting a broader range of mobile and tablet devices.
