Hagen is a financial regulatory counsel at Reed Smith in Singapore. He has extensive experience advising on financial regulatory matters in a range of areas, including licensing and regulatory approvals, conduct of business and governance, FinTech and contentious regulatory matters.
With deep knowledge of Singapore regulation and experience of engaging with the Monetary Authority of Singapore, Hagen advises financial institutions on all aspects of their activities in Singapore. He is qualified as a lawyer in Singapore and England & Wales and, with experience practicing in both jurisdictions, has a unique understanding of the international issues and synergies that affect his clients.
