Dr Nicholas Lim is Partner of Deloitte Southeast Asia and has over two decades of experience in the banking and financial services sector, specialising in governance, finance, risk, and reporting driven transformations. His professional career has taken him from Kuala Lumpur to Auckland, London, Shanghai, and then back to Malaysia, serving clients across APAC, the UK, the USA, and the Middle East.
He has led the delivery of multiple board evaluations, board improvement programs, enterprise risk management, and compliance management exercises for many financial institutions, GLCs, and PLCs. He frequently engages with board members on emerging topics such as ESG, technology, cybersecurity, and other corporate governance-related matters.
