Nicholas Lim is an Executive Director and the Governance, Risk & Regulatory Transformation Leader at PwC South East Asia Consulting. He has over two decades of experience in banking and financial services, specialising in governance, risk, and compliance-driven transformations. His professional career has taken him from Kuala Lumpur to Auckland, London, Shanghai, and then back to Malaysia, serving clients across APAC, the UK, the USA, and the Middle East.
He has led the delivery of multiple board evaluations, board improvement programs, enterprise risk management, and compliance management exercises for many financial institutions, GLCs, and PLCs.
