Nathan Chow Hung Lai (周洪禮)
Nathan Chow Hung Lai is Vice President, Economist Group Research at DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited since May 2011. He is responsible for monitoring the market development of offshore RMB businesses and the macroeconomic conditions in Greater China. He conducts economic/ investment seminars on a regular basis for the public and internal staff across Asia, spanning from Singapore, Hong Kong, Taipei to Shanghai and Beijing. He also provides training for internal staff with an aim to support sales programmes.
Nicholas Lim
Nicholas Lim is an Executive Director and the Governance, Risk & Regulatory Transformation Leader at PwC South East Asia Consulting. He has over two decades of experience in banking and financial services, specialising in governance, risk, and compliance-driven transformations. His professional career has taken him from Kuala Lumpur to Auckland, London, Shanghai, and then back to Malaysia, serving clients across APAC, the UK, the USA, and the Middle East.
He has led the delivery of multiple board evaluations, board improvement programs, enterprise risk management, and compliance management exercises for many financial institutions, GLCs, and PLCs. He frequently engages with board members on emerging topics such as ESG, technology, cybersecurity, and other corporate governance-related matters.
His other areas of expertise include project leadership roles in management information systems, data governance and management, finance and risk technology implementation, regulatory compliance optimisation, value-based transformation, banking KPIs and performance management, target operating models, and more.

Nicholas Tan is an Adjunct Professor at the Singapore Management University. He spent over twenty years working in banks such as Citibank, Standard Chartered and OCBC covering various fields from Treasury to Retail Banking to Private Banking/ Wealth Management.
Nick Lord
Nick Lord covers ASEAN banks and is the Director of Research for the ASEAN Research Department. He is based in Singapore. Nick is an experienced analyst and since 1995 has covered a variety of banks in the UK and Europe (including HSBC and Standard Chartered), Hong Kong, China, and now ASEAN. From 1998-2003, Nick was part of the highly rated UK and European banks team at Citigroup in London, and between 2003 and 2005 he was at Deutsche Bank, where he co-headed the European banks team. In early 2006, Nick transferred to Macquarie Securities in Hong Kong, where he headed the Asian banks team and focused on covering Hong Kong and China banking.
At Morgan Stanley, Nick has been part of the top three Institutional Investor rated Asian banks team for the past four years. Nick has a B.A. (Hons) from the University of Leeds and an M.Phil from the University of Cambridge.
