What to expect at the 2017 Asian Banking and Finance Retail Banking Forum in Bangkok on March 15

Thought leaders from Bain & Company and EY will be speaking.

The second leg of the Asian Banking and Finance Retail Banking Forum 6-city road show will be held on March 15 at The Conservatory Room, The House on Sathorn, W Bangkok. The event will be led by top thought leaders from Bain & Company and EY.

Bain & Company will talk about Loyalty in Banking in an Increasingly Digital World, whilst Varun Mittal, fintech and payments lead for ASEAN at EY will discuss about The Digital Banking Landscape: Rise of the FinTechs.

Tana “Tommy” Pothikamjorn, head of digital banking at Siam Commercial Bank will also speak about Transforming your Business for the Digital Age, and senior representatives from Fiserv will be doing a Q&A session on digital, payments, and AML trends.

The speakers will also sit on panels to discuss how digital is changing the way customers do banking in Thailand as well as what banks can do to better monitor ATM transaction fraud.
