GHL enables QR payments from ShopBack in Malaysia

The partnership is expected to benefit over 6 million shoppers in Malaysia

GHL Systems has teamed up with cashback and rewards company ShopBack to allow ShopBack users to pay at any GHL merchant and earn cashbacks.

Shoppers just need to flash the QR code via the ShopBack app to pay and receive rewards.

The partnership is expected to benefit over six million shoppers across Malaysia, with offerings of cashback rewards and exclusive promotions from Shopback.

GHL Malaysia CEO Kevin Lee expects GHL merchants to benefit from increased in-store spending with this partnership.

“For shoppers, the appeal of spending more leading to them earning more can be a powerful motivator. As such, whilst consumers enjoy a more rewarding shopping experience, merchants also benefit from increased in-store spending and customer retention,” Lee said.
