Lavy Stokhamer

As the Global Head of Cybersecurity and Anticrime Tech in Standard Chartered (Fortune 100), Lavy brings a wealth of private and public sector knowledge and experience in the field of cybersecurity. 

Prior to this role, Lavy served as the head of the Israeli national CERT, leading all cyber national operations and incident response efforts for sectoral CERTs. 

He established over 80 formal cooperation agreements with international CERTs and cyber agencies and represented Israel in international efforts to cooperate against cyber adversaries and crime organisations.
