Thio Tse Gan is the Financial Services Industry Leader as well as the Banking & Capital Markets Leader for Southeast Asia. He also leads the Cyber & Strategic Risk business in the region.
With over 28 years of experience, Tse Gan has helped clients with the appraisal of the controls implemented to mitigate their business and technological risks. His depth of expertise also lies in the Financial Services Industry where he has played a significant role in the design and implementation of various cyber and technological solutions, as well as providing advice across regional, private and central banks in Asia.
Eric Lee is Executive Director with the Southeast Asia (SEA) Risk Advisory practice. He is based in Singapore and over 20 years of industry experience in business IT operating model, enterprise system development, and technology risk and security management.
Eric leads the Digital Identity practice in SEA and primarily serve clients in the financial services, public service and healthcare industries. His areas of expertise are Cybersecurity, IT program and change management, enterprise software design and implementation, and IT governance, risk and compliance.
Eric is experienced in leading and executing full system development life cycles for enterprise systems such as online banking security systems, eCommerce portals, and enterprise resource management platforms. He also has practical experience in system design, program management and software assurance methodologies, with focus on management, and the design and delivery of enterprise security solutions.
Amol Ashok Dabholkar is a Director with the Southeast Asia (SEA) Risk Advisory practice. He is based in Singapore and has more than 17 years of experience focused on Application and Cyber Security, specialising in Cloud and its related areas such as DevSecOps, containerisation, micro-services and API architecture in the financial services industry.
Amol also has varied experience in all aspects of Information Security through his career: from designing and implementing security and cryptography software, running security engineering and operations functions, pen-testing to application security architecture, innovation and strategy.
