Alexander Pariyskiy & Raphael Bick
Alexander Pariyskiy is an associate partner whilst Raphael Bick is also a partner at McKinsey & Company.
Pariyskiy brings deep expertise in banking, strategy and private capital, driving McKinsey’s work in digital banking across Southeast Asia. A mathematician by training and banker by background, Pariyskiy has collaborated extensively with global and regional digital banks, fintechs, and leading ecosystem players. He specializes in helping clients plan, build, and realize value in digital banking and lending ventures, encompassing market entry strategy, product design, blueprinting new ventures, forming partnerships, achieving profitability, scaling up, and preparing for investor engagements. Additionally, Pariyskiy advises traditional banks on growth, digital transformation, data monetization, ecosystem partnerships, and digital ventures.
Bickis a partner in McKinsey Digital, heading both its Technology practice and its tech delivery unit, Build by McKinsey, in Asia-Pacific. He serves clients across the region on strategizing and implementing digital, AI and technology programs, with a sectoral focus in financial services and consumer. Bick has deep expertise in working with companies on their digital, AI and technology transformation, building and scaling tech-enabled businesses, and establishing high-performing digital product, engineering and analytics teams. He also advises clients on technology strategy, transformation and operating model topics, and is an expert on China technology localization. Raphael graduated at the top of his MBA class at INSEAD in Singapore.
Alexandru Gomoiu
Based in Singapore since 2005, Alexandru leads the Misys’ APAC Solution Consulting team. In this role, he works extensively with the customers and sales teams in Asia Pacific to ensure robust and extensible product offerings.

Alicia Garcia Herrero
Alicia Garcia Herrero is Chief Economist for Asia Pacific at NATIXIS. She also serves as Senior Fellow at European think-tank BRUEGEL and research fellow at Real Instituto El Cano. Alicia is currently adjunct professor at Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST). She holds a PhD in Economics at George Washington University.

Gary joined Natixis as Economist for Asia Pacific in 2015. He brings his rich experience in sectorial research, with a specific focus on the banking industry. He holds a Bachelor’s of Economics and Engineering with a major in international trade and finance from the University of Queensland.

Over the past 25 years, Amit has supported institutions throughout Asia-Pacific as they navigate a rapidly changing landscape. His work has focused on core banking transformation, digital payments, and lending platforms.
Ammar Hindi
Ammar Hindi is Managing Director of Asia Pacific operations for Sourcefire, Inc. (Nasdaq: FIRE), the creator of Snort® and a global leader in intelligent cybersecurity solutions. In this position he is responsible for corporate operations across the region, including sales, business development and strategic marketing activities. Hindi joined the company in June 2009 bringing nearly 20 years of experience in sales and management positions launching Asia Pacific business initiatives.
Amy Ho
Amy joined Ambition in 2005 with a background in research, executive search and recruitment. She has over 10 years' experience in middle and back office recruitment in Asia, predominantly covering Hong Kong with a range of high profile financial institutions. After heading the Banking & Financial Services team, Amy now focuses on senior and executive level recruitment across Finance & Accounting, Audit, Risk & Compliance, Operations, Sales & Marketing roles. Amy speaks fluent English and Cantonese. Amy graduated from the University of Cambridge with an Architecture degree.
