Lawrence Chia
Lawrence Chia is the Group Chairman and CEO of the Hong Kong-listed Pico Far East Holdings Limited (752.HK). Founded in Singapore in 1969, Pico is a global leader in total brand activation with a proven track record of more than five decades. Pico merges experiential, communication and technological talent to create extraordinary experiences and powerful activations engineered for superior results, engaging target audiences everywhere. Chia was educated in the United States, graduating from the University of Tennessee with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with highest honours. In 2006, he received the International Executive in Sport and Entertainment Award from the University of South Carolina in the United States. In 2016, Chia received the University of Tennessee Outstanding International Alumni Award.
Before assuming the Chairmanship of Pico Far East Holdings Limited, he was the Managing Director of the Pico Group of companies in Europe and North America, and was based in London for six years. With more than three decades of experience in the event marketing industry, Mr Chia embodies a forward-looking vision to continuously drive the growth of the company – particularly in the areas of business process innovation and digital transformation.
In 2022, the Pico Group won the Gold award for ‘B2B Agency of the Year’ and Silver for ‘Event Agency of the Year’ presented by Marketing Magazine in Hong Kong. The Group won ‘Company with Most Investment Value’ and ‘Best ESG’ awards at the China Financial Market Awards 2021.
Lee Chee Meng
Lee Chee Meng is the Co-Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Pickupp, a technology-driven platform focused on logistics optimization and supply chain management. The company provides affordable cross-border as well as intra-city last-mile delivery and e-commerce solutions for 3PLs and retailers. As Co-COO of Pickupp, Chee Meng oversees the business in Pickupp’s Southeast Asia (SEA)’s offices.
Prior to joining Pickupp, he also oversaw operations in Honestbee, an online food delivery and grocery service, where he gained experience in fleet management, warehouse sorting and distribution operations.
Lee Hawksley
Lee Hawksley is President of Asia Pacific and Japan at UiPath. Based in Australia, Hawksley is responsible for driving go-to-market strategy and growth, expanding customer and strategic partner engagements, as well as articulating the fully automated enterprise vision of UiPath.
With more than 20 years of experience in leadership and senior management roles in the technology industry across all of Asia, Hawksley has a deep understanding of the enterprise software market, along with a strong track record in leading hyper-growth sales, go-to-market operations, and developing new markets.
Hawksley joined UiPath from Twilio, Inc, where he was Vice President and General Manager for Asia Pacific Japan. Prior to that, he was Executive Vice President of Sales at Salesforce, having joined Salesforce by way of the acquisition of ExactTarget in June 2013. Before that, Hawksley was a founder and key driver of two international software businesses – Esker Software and FortyTwo International – the former listing on the French secondary market, Nouveau Marche, and the latter listing on the ASX via Bluefreeway.
Outside of work, he is an active participant in and advocate of Australia’s entrepreneur-led innovation economy acting as an advisor, mentor, and investor in several promising Australian start-ups. He is also a thought leader on Digital Transformation and Marketing and regularly speaks at events and conferences.
Lee White
Lee is an INSEAD executive graduate, Fellow of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, and experienced audit practitioner in both the public and private sectors. He held the position of Chief Accountant for the Australian Securities and Investments Commission. After holding the role of Executive General Manager – Members at the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia, Lee was its appointed CEO in January 2012. In November 2013 ICAA and the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants (NZICA) announced that members had voted in favour of a new trans-Tasman body. Lee was appointed the Chief Executive Officer designate of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand in October 2013.

Leng Hoe Lon
Leng Hoe Lon, CFA joined Tudor Capital Singapore (part of Tudor Investment Corp), a global macro hedge fund, in September 2011. He was a portfolio manager focusing on discretionary macro trading. He was appointed CEO of Tudor Capital Singapore from January 2013 to October 2015. Prior to joining Tudor, he was a Managing Director in Goldman Sach's Asia Macro Trading group in Hong Kong (2010-2011) and Asian FX trading in London (2007-2010). He was a trader at ABN Amro Bank in Singapore (2004-2007), JPMorgan in Singapore (2003-2004), and held several other positions at Deutsche Bank in London and Singapore (1997-2003). He is now the co-founder of a training academy for traders at TrackRecord Asia.
