He has been published in Marketing Science, Management Science, Information Systems Research, amongst other journals. He has multiple scientific prizes for his work on viral marketing. Arnaud is Distinguished Visiting Research Scholar at the Institute for the Study of Business Markets. He has extensive experience in the non-profit sector, where he has accompanied more than 40 non-profit organizations to help them optimize their direct marketing. He holds a PhD in Business Administration from Penn State University.
