Zurich Insurance unveils APAC platform to unify sales and service
It will expand in India, Japan, and Malaysia in 2026.
Zurich Insurance Asia Pacific launched Zurich Edge Assist, a new module within its Zurich Edge Platform designed to consolidate sales, servicing, and claims operations across multiple channels.
The platform provides intermediaries and Zurich teams with real-time customer visibility and automated workflows to standardise service delivery.
Its core functions include lead prioritisation, unified customer profiles, and flexible commission settings. Additional modules for task tracking and AI-based product matching are scheduled for release in 2026.
Built on a cloud-based architecture with open APIs, Zurich Edge Assist supports market-specific deployment and integration with external systems. It was launched in Indonesia and will extend to India, Japan, and Malaysia through 2026.
Zurich said it will continue phased implementation of the platform across Asia Pacific through end-2026, focusing on tools that improve intermediary process speed and data accuracy.
