With deep expertise in database marketing, customer analytics, sales & marketing analytics, business optimization, financial analysis, she provides niche advisory services and thought leadership to banks or financial institutions in APAC as part of their digital transformation journey to turn data into actionable insights and maximize the business value.
Prior to joining SAS, Irene last worked in Citibank for close to 14 years as Head of Decision Management for Citibank Singapore. She was managing a team of over 30 analysts to leverage business analytics in shaping business strategy formation, uncovering untapped business opportunity and producing actionable business insights that generate tangible business value. In additions, she was also senior member of APAC Decision Management leadership team overseeing Information Management & Big Data Strategy for Citibank Asia Pacific.
Irene actively participated in analytics talent development in Singapore as she served for 5-year term as Member of Singapore InfoComm Competency Framework Steering Committee from 2011-2016 under Singapore IDA.
