
CIMB unveils new wealth management platform in Malaysia

CIMB has launched its new wealth management platform that provides digital wealth solutions, data driven insights, and expert analysis, according to a press release.
The CIMB CIO platform is supported by the bank’s health advisory arm, the chief investment office (CIO).

CIMB Preferred and Private Banking clients will be able to access personalised advisory services whilst other users can leverage on the CIO’s deep insights and thought leadership in wealth management.
The portal consolidates market intelligence, research publications, podcasts, webinars, and anytime data into a single digital platform. CIMB said that this will make it easier for its customers to monitor market indicators such as gold, currencies, and fund performance.
Customers can also access interactive tools to visualize its portfolio allocations based on individual risk profiles, enhancing transparency, engagement, and confidence in wealth management.
The CIO comes with a dedicated team of asset class specialists in equities, fixed income, funds, structured products, and foreign exchange, CIMB said.
