Krungsri unveils loan for laundromat franchise Otteri

Financing is offered up to 110% of the total investment for a maximum of THB5m.

Bank of Ayudhya PCL (Krungsri) is partnering with laundromat operating K-nex Corporation to launch the Otteri Franchise Loan for those looking to start or expand their laundry business.

The loan— which carries the brand name of Otteri wash & dry, a laundromat franchise— offers up to 110% of total investment value and installment terms of up to seven years, with a six-month grace period on principal repayment.

Maximum financing is THB5m (about $153,800), the Thai-based bank said.

The Otteri Franchise Loan is available to entrepreneurs with at least one year of business experience, whether they have previously operated an Otteri franchise or come from other industries.

Land with buildings is accepted as collateral, and the interest rate is set at MRR + 0.50% per annum.
