Michael Wu takes final bow as Hang Seng Bank's Non-executive director

He also retired as chairman and member of some of the bank's committees.

Michael Wu has retired as Hang Seng Bank's Independent Non-Executive Director effective 4 May.

He also stepped down as Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and member of the Nomination Committee and the Risk Committee.

Wu said that he had no disagreement with the Board, and he was not aware of any matter regarding his retirement from the Board that he needed to address to the bank's shareholders.
