Cambodia’s ABA Bank has rolled out instant card issuance kiosks, becoming the first in the country, according to a press release.

The new service enables the issuance of international debit cards–Visa, Mastercard, and UnionPay–and local Cambodia Shared Switch (CSS) cards via self-service kiosks.

ABA made use of Compass Plus Technologies services to power the self-service kiosks.

"We're delighted to become the first bank in Cambodia to offer instant card issuance via self-service kiosks to our customers. We are always looking for ways to introduce innovative services that improve customer experience,” said Sanzhar Abdullayev, Chief Card and E-Payment Officer at ABA Bank.
