CBA onboards FIS to streamline reconciliations

FIS is expected to process over 150 million transactions per day for CBA.

The Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA) is adopting FIS’ Data Integrity Manager to streamline the bank’s reconciliations.

FIS expects to process over 150 million transactions per day for CBA, which is Australia’s largest bank by asset-size according to S&P Global Ratings data.

The implementation reflects CBA’s focus on investing in technology to continue to strengthen operations, said David Pont, general manager financial control & transformation for CBA.

The solution will be delivered as a software as a service (SaaS) via Microsoft Azure.
