Citi Commercial Bank unveils CitiDirect Commercial Banking platform

It will be available to customers in Hong Kong, Singapore, and India in H2 2023.

Citi Commercial Bank has launched the CitiDirect Commercial Banking platform, bringing together its commercial banking products and services in a single platform.

CitiDirect Commercial Banking provides clients with a 360-degree consolidated view of their Citi banking relationship across cash, loans, trade, FX, servicing, and onboarding.

CCB plans to launch the pilot in Hong Kong, Singapore, India, and the UK in the second half of 2023. The platform is currently live in the US.

Key features offered by CitiDirect Commercial Banking platform include access to data driven insights necessary; and the digital account opening service and requesting of new products and services.
