CTBC Bank Philippines revamps online corporate banking portal
It offers real-time updates and flexible workflow set-ups.
CTBC Bank Philippines has revamped its Corporate NETBanking Web Portal in collaboration with IT firm Hitachi Asia.
The bank’s large companies and small and medium enterprises (SMEs) clients are given real-time access to deposit accounts, loan balances, and transaction histories.
It also offers payment channels for local and global transactions, including InstaPay, PESONet, BancNet IBFT, RTGS, PDDTS, and SWIFT.
The portal also offers bulk upload features for payments and payroll disbursements, as well as flexible set-ups ranging from single-approval workflows to complex multi-level matrices with transaction limits.
The portal features two-factor authentication (2FA) and will give real-time notifications and immediate updates on transactions to enhance tracking and minimise fraud risks.
CTBC Bank Philippines has previously worked with Hitachi Asia to redesign its consumer-facing web interface and mobile banking applications.
