Dah Sing Bank warns against seven fraudulent websites

Customers are reminded to check the URL and look for a secure padlock icon.

Dah Sing Bank (DSB) has issued a warning against seven fraudulent websites using the bank’s brand.

In a statement, the Hong Kong-based bank said that it has no connection to these websites and platform operators.

“The Bank shall not be responsible for any loss or damage caused by  or in connection with the fraudulent websites and the platform operator(s) thereof,” Dah Sing Bank stated in a press release.

DSB reminded customers to always check the URL and ensure it is the bank’s official website address before entering any login ID, password, and personal or financial information.

Customers are advised to look for a secure padlock icon in the address bar.
