Japan’s Resona group banks, Fujitsu launch home-buying web service
It enables users to record observations in property viewings.
Resona Bank, Saitama Resona Bank, and Fujitsu have launched a new web service that promises to simplify the home-buying process.
The service is now available to customers of the two Japan-based banks.
One of its key features enables couples to record their preferences and observations in each room during property viewings.
Couples can also share and compare their desired home specifications using the web service. This includes sharing and comparing amenities, interior design, and layout.
It also has a ranking display function, which calculates an overall score based on the information from the first two functions, displaying properties in order of preference.
