SMBC teams up with Euphoria Co. for human capital management services

SMBC will provide digital systems for the visualisation and analysis of the impact of human capital on companies.

Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation (SMBC) has entered into a business alliance with software developer Euphoria Co. to provide better human capital management systems.

SMBC aims to provide financial and non-financial solutions for the visualisation, analysis, and disclosure of the impact of human capital on companies.

The Japanese megabank expects that this will improve “the sustainability of Japanese supply chains, especially in labor-intensive industries, but also to promote human capital investment by all Japanese companies to improve employee productivity.”

Euphoria Co. is a sports tech company who offers ONE TAP SPORTS, a data management system that supports condition and training management of many top athletes and sports teams including the Japan national team, according to a press release by SMBC.

Euphoria also offers "ONE TAP SPORTS for Biz," which reportedly applies the visualization and improvement of athletes ’condition methods to the health and safety management of corporate employees.
