StanChart SG onboards 10,000 clients in SC Inner Circle

These clients deliver feedback and insights on initiatives and products.

Standard Chartered Singapore has onboarded 10,000 clients in its SC Inner Circle concept.

First launched in May 2023, SC Inner Circle is a client engagement concept designed to gain client insights and co-create more intuitive banking experiences, products and digital platforms.

It makes use of focus groups, one-on-one discussions, and surveys, wherein clients could have a say in the design and delivery of the bank’s initiatives, products and services.
