Commonwealth Bank kicks off Locate us

Product uses Google mapping technology for customers to get easy access to the information they are looking for.

Commonwealth Bank, an Australia-based financial services firm, has launched Locate us, a search and mapping tool for its customers.

According to the bank, by using a single interface for search, customers can get access to the information they are looking for, from the bank's website. Comprehensive search details are displayed and leverage the Google mapping technology to ease a customer's search for a branch, service or location.

The tool offers predictive text on postcode, suburbs and street names, ability to search for business bankers and financial planners and make appointments online, Google Maps API Premier driving directions and Google Street View, said Commonwealth Bank.
