Customers can access the services beginning 1 October 2025.

The Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited (ANZ) announced that its customers will be able to use Bank@Post services beginning 1 October 2025.

Bank@Post is a service provided by Australia Post that enables customers to perform various banking transactions at more than 3,300 participating Post Offices across Australia.

Amongst services offered include depositing cash and cheques, withdrawing money, and checking their account balance.

The agreement with Australia Post will ensure further access to face-to-face services for the bank’s customers, particularly in regional areas, said Katherin Bray, ANZ managing director for retail banking.

“We are pleased negotiations with Australia Post are at an advanced stage. Under the terms, ANZ customers would be able to access Bank@Post services from 1 October 2025,” Bray said in the statement announcing the agreement.
