Bank Muamalat started its repositioining program of upgrading and reocating branches with its 57th branch in Temerloh.
It wants more strategicaly located branches for customers' convenience.
The Temerloh branch is is positioned for the local community's convenience and accessibility to Islamic banking facilitie, said CEO Datuk Redza Shah Abdul Wahid.
"This is also an opportunity for us to reach out to long-established businesses and small-and-medium enterprises here and offer them Islamic banking solutions," he said in a statement.
The new branch at Jalan Tengku Ismail was opened by Temerloh district officer Datuk Abdull Muain Abdul Hamid.
