NTT, Jaidee app unveil payment and management platform for Thai SMEs

Super EDC enables SMEs to accept payments and has data management.

NTT DATA Payment Services (Thailand) has partnered with Jaidee App by ISARASERI to create Super EDC, an all-in-one platform that enables small and medium enterprises (SMEs) to handle orders, customer loyalty programmes, and payment acceptance in a single device.

This partnership directly addresses the evolving needs of Thai SMEs, particularly in the food & beverage sector, where convenience, speed, and flexibility are crucial, NTT Thailand and ISARASERI said in a joining press release.

Jaidee’s point-of-sale (POS) application is now fully integrated with NTT DATA Payment Services’ payment platform, enabling merchants to accept all major payment methods, including international and domestic credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and PromptPay QR.

The POS capabilities cover data management, queue and food ordering, stock tracking, and customer loyalty programs as well.

The integrated “Super EDC” solution is already available for Jaidee merchants.
