Public Bank launches cross-border QR payments to Singapore

Merchants and individuals can exchange payments to and from either country.

Public Bank, through its new mobile app feature PB Engage, has enabled customers to make instant QR payments for retail transactions with merchants in Singapore. 

Additionally, merchants using PBe QR can now accept QR payments from individuals in Singapore.

This expansion of services is made possible through the implementation of the DuitNow QR Cross Border Payment Services, facilitating seamless transactions between Public Bank customers and Singaporean merchants.

The branching out to Singapore further strengthens Public Bank's vision to facilitate seamless cross-border transactions and enhance financial connectivity in the region
