Visa inks MOU with Vietnam's FPT to modernize public services

They aim to expand access to finance by equipping SMEs with business credit cards.

Visa has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Vietnamese tech company FPT Corporation to modernize government services and increase small businesses’ financial inclusion.

Both parties will collaborate to understand the national e-marketplace for procurement initiative, increase SME participation, and strengthen payment infrastructure.

Visa and FPT also plan to explore solutions with the aim of digitalizing municipal services. These include solutions to expand access to finance and equip SMEs with business credit cards for better cash flow management.

The two companies plan to leverage their resources to support project implementation and business expansion in Vietnam.
