
MoneyHero Group returns to quarterly profitability in Q2 2025
Platform membership grew 33% whilst EBITDA loss improved as well.
MoneyHero Group returned to quarterly profitability in Q2 2025, with a net income of US$0.2m during the period, the finance platform said in its latest financial and operation highlights report.
In contrast, the group reported a net loss of $12.2m in Q2 2024.
Adjusted EBITDA loss improved 79% year-on-year (YoY) to a negative $2m during the same period. The group said that it saw stronger revenue mix, improved unit economics, and AI-enabled efficiency gains.
Insurance and wealth revenue made up 27% of its total revenue.
Platform membership grew to 8.6 million, 33% higher than a year earlier.
Monthly unique users are 5.3 million for the three-month period ending 30 June 2025.
Amongst markets, Singapore and Hong Kong remained MoneyHero Group’s core revenue engines. The two markets contributed 86% of the group revenue in Q2, at $15.6m.
The Philippines retained its place as having the largest member base, with 5.9 million members of 68% of the group total. MoneyHero Group also saw 1.3 million monthly unique users in the Philippines.
